• Cart menu, standard recipes, and food cost in cooperation with the FB
• Education kitchen staff in Haccp andι Iso 22000
• Seminars organization for the human resources productivity
• Study and Haccp kitchen design
• Communication with all business departments with a view to improving cooperation and service.
